ISO/IEC 27001 is a globally recognized information security standard published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). ISO/IEC 27001 is the world's best-known standard for information security management systems (ISMS). Conformity with ISO/IEC 27001 means that DecideAct has put in place a system to manage risks related to the security of your data, and that this system respects all the best practices and principles enshrined in this International Standard.

SOC2 Type II

The SOC2 Type II report documents all established controls and systems in a company related to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy of data. DecideAct regularly undergoes SOC2 Type II audits by an independent auditor.

DecideAct's security features

Access via Single Sign-On (SSO) DecideAct supports integration with SAML providers such as Okta and Azure. SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) is an XML-based, standardized protocol that confirms the identity of users to external applications and services.
High availability of 99,99% DecideAct will ensure that solutions or services hosted by DecideAct Solutions IVS are available for at least 99.99% in average per month measured over a period of three calendar months. 
Multi-factor Authentication DecideAct supports two-factor authentication (2FA) so your data is protected by an additional layer of security.
